Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Pickleball Strategy Advisors.

Annual Commitment and Payment
All services are offered on a one (1) year commitment basis and require full payment upfront at the time of purchase. While pricing for our programs may be displayed as monthly rates on our website for reference, all plans are billed as a single annual payment covering the full 12-month term. By completing your payment, you secure access to our consulting services for the entire year.
 

No Refunds
All payments made to Pickleball Strategy Advisors are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-use of services, early withdrawal, or changes in business circumstances.
 

Service Delivery
Pickleball Strategy Advisors will provide consulting services throughout the full one-year term as outlined in your agreement. The scope and delivery of services will be defined in a separate written agreement where applicable.

Early Termination
Clients may choose to discontinue participation at any time; however, this does not entitle the client to any refund or release from the agreed annual commitment.

Renewals
At the conclusion of the one-year term, clients will be contacted regarding renewal options. Continued services beyond the initial term will require a new agreement and payment.
