About Us
Lead Advisory Team
Pickleball Strategy Advisors is a consulting firm built by a team with direct experience working inside large-scale pickleball franchise operations. Through that experience, we developed a deep understanding of the full lifecycle of a facility, from initial build-out and upfront investment to day-to-day operations, programming, and long-term profitability.
We have seen firsthand the challenges many franchisees face, including high startup costs, ongoing fees, inefficient staffing models, underdeveloped programming, and missed revenue opportunities. While franchise systems provide a framework, they often lack the flexibility and hands-on operational support needed to maximize performance at the facility level.
Our team was formed to bridge that gap. We work directly with owners and operators to provide practical, experience-driven guidance focused on reducing unnecessary costs, improving operations, and increasing revenue. From programming and event strategy to financial performance and staffing efficiency, our approach is built around real-world execution, not theory.
We operate as a dedicated advisory partner, helping facilities perform at a higher level without the overhead and limitations of traditional franchise models. Our focus is simple: deliver clear strategy, consistent support, and measurable results that drive long-term success.

Our Goal
Our goal is to help pickleball clubs become consistently profitable while supporting the long-term growth of the sport in the United States. We believe strongly in the value and potential of pickleball, but we also recognize that high startup costs and inefficient operational systems are preventing many facilities from reaching success.
Too often, great concepts struggle or fail not because of demand, but because of poor structure in programming, staffing, and revenue management. This limits both owners and investors, and ultimately slows the growth of the sport itself.
We exist to change that by helping clubs operate more efficiently, reduce unnecessary costs, and build stronger, more sustainable business models. By improving how facilities are run, we believe we can help make pickleball more accessible, more profitable, and ultimately the most widely played sport in the United States.
